Building embedded systems is difficult. It requires knowledge of a number of different disciplines and the ability to integrate them optimally. This is a job that cannot be done single-handedly. EIS employees are therefore impassioned about advanced technology and are enthusiastic about working together with others who share the same passion.
For this reason we are very particular about who we take onto our team. Our culture is characterised by the will to always learn something new and to push the envelope – and to share. We work systematically with technology development groups that both during working hours and in free time explore new technologies and the potential they offer. We organise and participate in training programmes. But above all, we develop through our assignments where in our role as specialists at our various client companies we discover new influences, and in our development projects at EIS where we learn from one another.
We seldom recruit fresh graduates. Rather, most of us have worked for a number of years – and worked in a number of areas. We feel that this is necessary in order to be a truly capable consultant.
